Frustrating Experience with Returns and Cancellations!!
I had a terrible experience with Vevor's customer service regarding a return and cancellation. I placed an order that I tried to cancel within hours, but their system apparently doesn’t allow for quick cancellations. Despite reaching out immediately, the order was shipped anyway. When I tried to initiate a return, the process was unnecessarily complicated, with delayed responses and no clear guidance. I was bounced around between agents who seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. Customer service should make things easier, not harder. Unfortunately, Vevor's handling of returns and cancellations was inefficient and frustrating. I won’t be shopping here again.

One of the poles was Bent where it couldn’t be connected and I don’t remember hearing back from customer service but I also waited a couple of months to mention the issue. I’m sure it would’ve been fixed if mentioned earlier. Other than that an amazing tool for the price.
