I would buy this again if i needed another one. It really works good once set up. The manual and documentation is terrible, but there are some youtube videos that will tell you how to set it up. Mine needed a lot of adjustment out of the box, and i almost gave up on it, but finally figured out how to make it work correctly. Once working, it is a wonderful piece of equipment, and now has revolutionized labeling my bottles.

This label machine has been extremely frustrating to use. It malfunctions more than it works but the issues are so inconsistent it is hard to figure out what needs to be adjusted. The manual it came with is extremely vague & doesn't detail the different settings or what they actually do. Customer service is horrible as it takes 1-3 days to get a response back from their technicians. I hope you aren't in a hurry. They also informed me their technical support no longer has phones so they don't even have the capability to help in real time. Furthermore the diagram on the side of the machine instructing you how to thread it is an image that needs to be reversed or put on the other side of the machine. This machine is basically just good for dispensing labels but is so inconsistent that if you try to use it as intended you'll spend more time peeling off wrinkled labels than just doing it yourself.

No instructions or online assistance available
This machine took countless PAID EMPLOYEE hours of fiddling with to actually work. Googled instructions but the findings were in Chinese. Finally got it working but without instructions or videos how to use it was extremely frustrating and delayed much progress in our brewery.
