Extremely Disappointed – Urgent Issue Needs Resolution
I regret purchasing from Vevor. My shipment did not arrive on time, and customer service informed me that they had no way to track it while in transit—meaning I was left completely in the dark. When the machine finally arrived, it had a loud, disruptive noise during use, and the blade kept falling off, making it completely unusable. To make matters worse, customer service is only available through app chat, and no one responds. This is unacceptable. A defective product and zero customer support? I need immediate assistance in resolving this issue. If Vevor does not step up, I strongly advise others to stay away—no matter how affordable their products seem, the frustration isn’t worth it.

When ordered this meat cutting machine, was delivered with in the time frame towards my front door. Commercial Electric Meat Bandsaw Stainless Steel Bone Sawing Machine, is not so heavy and a person can lift and move to setup for cutting meat. After thoroughly clean and sterilized, it took me 20-30 minutes to cut whole frozen goat. Only problem with this machine is cleaning after cutting meat which took me little bit of time with hot water spray bottle all around blade and machine. Must be Dry before storage I like the machine and is 5 out of 5

This saw works exactly as it should. We cut up 2 pigs at about 500 pounds each and this saw handled it with Eze. I'm very happy with quality for the size. It's very easy to disassemble to clean. Shipping was on time, product was complete. I will be doing more business with vevor.

Awesome meat and bone cutting band saw. Very well made. The only problem was the fedex shipping. The shipping took over 2 weeks. Vevor customer support was very helpful in helping track the order. I definitely would by this brand and product again.
