Sealed for Freshness: The barrel lid features an embedded silicone sealing ring, providing double-layered sealing protection. The high elasticity clasp ensures a tight seal without gaps, preventing ants and insects from entering. It ensures no leakage even when inverted, and it won't spill during transportation or agitation.
Sterile and Breathable: The top of the lid can be fitted with an exhaust pipe, which can be easily installed in seconds. One-way exhaust allows bubbles in the barrel to be released, and injecting a small amount of water prevents backflow, achieving sterile and breathable, oxygen-free fermentation.
