Easy to put together and very useful! Holds our 70lb dog very well. I do wish you could take the net off if needed

Came with lousy instructions, had to look at pictures to assemble. Took about an hour. Unfortunately, our dog passed before we could use it.

Arrived quickly. No assembly instructions included. This is meant for dogs greater than 70 pounds as you cannot cinch down the straps to keep them snug and not move.

Bought this for my Animal Control staff. Already had to use when they pulled a dog out of a pond and had to transport him safely a mile back to their trucks....and then transport him to an Emergency Hospital. He stayed safely secured during the mile trek and the wheels did great in a grassy area.

I wish the clips where made of a stronger material mine broke. And the mesh tore in the c9rner that is connected. But i am still abke to use the device. My St Bernard is paralyzed so he need to be carried outside to go to the bathroom and the strecher makes it easier for my family to get him in and out. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

We purchased this for our wonderful friend and pet so we could move her more easily when we took her places outside the home. It worked very well and was quite sturdy.

Assemble is a challenging with no instructions.

No instructions were included with the stretcher, so it was a bit of a challenge to put it together and so took longer than we would have liked. But it does seem sturdy. We are going to add some stitching to the fabric at the bottom end, so that the animal cannot "slide out" of the bottom. It would be better if the bottom were more like a "pocket" to support the animal's weight. that is our main complaint. We look forward to putting it to use soon.

Arrived in 4 days, which was 2-5 days ahead of promised delivery. Well packaged. Looks very sturdy. Several issues arose,1 no assembly instructions.2 eye bolts and wing nuts for front strap look weak. Wing nuts strip immediately finger tight. Hope it doesn't pull off with heavy dog on board. Will probably replace with hardware store heavy duty items and nylon secure nuts.3 you need to loosen velcro holding stretcher bottom to front and rear rails to shimmy slack to assemble the top and bottom halves. Use 2 Phillips screws in provided holes. Reshimmy the stretcher tops and bottoms and fasten over the front and back rails using velcro.4 one big washer on axle, then a wheel with longer part facing in, another washer, then a cotter key. I had to pre bend the end to get into hole on other side of axle. Bend key ends opposite directions. Repeat other side.5 the axle attaches to the flater holes in line with stretcher bottom to provide lowest lift in. Tighten with larger wing nuts.6 the eye bolts go on the opposite handle at right angles to handle with the eyes facing the side with the 3 straps -pet side. Tighten with smaller wing nuts. Again, mine stripped hand tightening.My veterinarian is jealous as this one appears to be much sturdier than theirs.Very happy. Now, to get my 90 lb labrador to the vet!!
