If you're anything like me, you're probably not used to using a distiller. My wife and I moved up to North Dakota where the water quality is particularly bad in our area, so a distiller is a must have. As we did our research, it was pretty clear that we didn't want the cheapest kind you could find but one that would last a reasonable length of time. While we've only used it for a few months, I can safely say it's worked out great for us this far. It's extremely easy to set up and use, and it's easy enough to clean with the right product. I would definitely recommend!

Great distiller, if you have never owned a distiller before, you have to get use to the fan blowing as a normalpart of the water distillation process. The water distills in 2 1/2-3 hours. one small problem with my distiller is ,i haveto place the glass water catch container right up next to the base of the distiller, then after about 30min just as waterdroplets start dripping into the container, i have to watch and make certain the droplets fall into the container opening,else the droplets could end up dripping on my kitchen counter top. I I love the look and quality of this distiller.

I’ve had several of these distillers over the years and I’ve noticed there’s often a weird taste the water has after getting a new distiller. I’ve learned that after running them about two times and changing the filter in the drip faucet that the water tastes great moving forward. Hope this helps someone, but overall great product.

It does just what it is supposed to do... excellent job.

Very satisfied so far. I am however cleaning out white residue each time after I use the diffuser.We have very hard water , lots of lime deposits which may be the cause.

Desperately needed an extra distiller for making water for my Humidifiers this season. I have been using the current one for almost 10 years now.Finally went ahead and purchased a second one. I'm glad I chose this one. I like the idea of a start and stop button. I love the color but would love additional colors like blue, yellow, green, purple (cause I'm thinking of one more). I have made several batches of water from it and it actually finishes before the older one I have. Takes about 4 1/2 to 5 hours. 3 batches a day. Also can't complain about the price either.Thanks, CG

I am so happy that I can have a product that I can drink my distilled water yay wowCorrine Jackson MallardThis has stopped working it won't heat up but the fan comes on it won't light up but the fan is coming on I don't understand I only had it for 2 months not even 2 months if you count today February 9th to April the 10thI hate this does not work anymore it won't heat up so to make the distilled water .will not last be a year

I purchased the distiller for its economy over an RO system, and it was cheaper than other distillers while attractive and efficient. I use it every day for making coffee, drinking and filling my water feature. I wipe out a lot mineral deposits with a paper towel each time I use it. Safe, handy and delicious .

I have city water and sometimes the chlorine smell is strong. I use the distilled water to make my coffee. I was amazed at the sediment that was left in the bottom of the distiller. You will want to make sure that the spout is positioned correctly over the water container as it off a tad and I had water all over my counter. My fault! Other than that I love the product and highly recommend it.KAG
