I was having trouble getting distilled water for my CPAP machine. So I decided I might as well look into making my own. I don't think I will save much money, but I do have distilled water. One thing I would recommend cleaning it after each batch of distilled water. There will be a lot of residue and it comes clean using the soap powder they give you, or I used white vinegar which cleaned it perfect and leaves no chemicals. A gallon lasts me around 10 days so every 10 days I will make a gallon and I am good to go.

It works great I use twice to 3 times a day every day. Cleans easy with just vinegar added to water . Keep lid.off and boil for 30minutes. Simple....I don't usually recommend item but this is AAAA

I was frustrated not being able to buy distilled water for my CPAP machine or dehumidifiers that I have. I wanted a simple yet elegant device that matched my kitchen decor. I'm happy that this product meets all of those requirements and more. The second photo shows the residue left over after filing the pot with tap water and running it. It was smelly and had a brownish color to it. I have tap water that meets federal standards, and these trace minerals are likely healthy for me to drink, but they are unhealthy for me to breathe through my CPAP or dehumidifier. I will recoup my money from not buying distilled water or paying for gas to find stores that carry it.

Very impressed, the manufacturer actually called to inquire how the product is working! This is outstanding, simply because customer service is exceptionally rare, today! The simple fact that the manufacturer is doing a follow-up for the functionality of the unit, means it produces quality. I'm pleased! Oh yes...the item is great! Simple to use, and the water taste crisp and clean!DD

Great product and seller. Shipped very fast, easy communication. The seller answered all my questions and provided a nice easy to understand video about the distiller.The distiller is easy to operate, and works very fast. It takes about an hour to distill 2 gallons of water. It comes with some filters and cleaning solution. We rinse the distiller after each use and use the cleaning solution one every two weeks.

The unit is great, works fine. However, it ships with a glass pitcher that doesn't actually fit--the spigot on the distiller doesn't reach the opening on the pitcher, because the body of the distiller is a bit conical and pushes the pitcher too far away. I purchased a little funnel that does the job, but it seemed like an odd thing to get wrong. Still, I would buy it again.

Bought this to replace an older more expensive model. I am very pleased it is quiet, easy to use and my well water tastes great. I like the fact it has a start and shut off buttons as I like to shut it off before It completely finished the water in the bottom, less hard deposit s to clean.

I never had a water distiller before so I don’t know what to expect. So far it works fine. I’ve been using it frequently and tested it with my blue lab meter, there’s no EC. Very easy to use and clean. Highly recommended. I wish I had known about this before I bought my RO filter. Nothing to replace with a distiller.

Just got this today. Currently running a second batch of distilled water as the first was recommended to be tossed. I use distilled water for my Oxygen Concentrator and BiPap machine both. The cost of always having to buy distilled water and then disposing of the containers was problematic. With this system I can make my own on demand and not panic when I run out. I'll be making a gallon at a time and filling my sterile containers as needed. I am sure the cost savings on this unit will end up saving me about 50%+ cost over a year.
