This is a much less expensive 4400 PSI, 4 GPM power washer than the CAT Brand. But, so far, it seems to be doing the job. The pressure adjustment is very hard to turn by hand. I have to use a wrench to turn the adjustment. But this isn't a big deal if I don't intend to adjust the pressure very often. I haven't installed a pressure gauge yet to see if I do get the full advertised 4400 PSI. Hopefully, it will have or nearly have the capability to get the 4400 PSI. It installed easily on my GX340 Honda motor just as the old Cat Brand did.

I recently purchased this pressure washer pump for my dewalt pressure washer that failed. It worked great, bolts up without any problems. I also liked the adjustable pressure knob for turning down or up the pressure of the pump.

I installed this pump on my North Star PW with a 208cc Briggs and Stratton engine and Hikey axial pump. It’s operating at 3400 psi with the trigger off and 2500 psi with the trigger pulled. It was a simple install and really improved the PW performance over the 2.5 gpm axial pump. I have used it for approx 10 hrs so far and its performance is great.

Works great on my 13.5 HP engine! Some reviews have said it doesn’t put out the rated power. You have to pop off th red cap on the adjustment knob, comepletely remove the adjustment knob, loosen the set screw and tighting the locking nut down to gain more adjuatment. When I first installed it, I was topping out at 3,500 psi max. I changed that adjustment and now I can get well over 4,000 psi. I set it to just under 4,000 with the trigger pulled and it spikes to about 4,300 when I let off. I can’t speak on the reliability yet. I also plan to add a external unloader valve to keep it from overheating.

After having AAA triplex not honor their pump that lasted only 6 months - so far is much better pump at half the price - much much more powerful too -

I was losing pressure over the years with my OE pump. This fit right on with little effort. Took about an hour to remove the old pump and about 10 minutes to install this one. NOTE: My engine is only 9 HP, I had to turn the pressure valve down significantly in order for my engine from bogging heavily under load. However, I am getting enough pressure to reach my (over) 25 ft roof. I'm sure it will work even better for the 14hp engines it was intended for.
