Great item
Love the ramp it’s an awesome tool to get my wheelchair bound mother into and out of the house. It handles up to 800 lbs but can be sort of heavy. We will be using it frequently BTW it was delivered 2 days earlier than expected

Decent for the price
It has some flex in it and is noisy to walk on. It's satisfactory for my needs, but I will probably add some rubber pads to help with the noise.

Very convenient
The ramp is very convenient because it doesn't have to stay permanently at the door,Was having a rough time being carried in and out the house and it was very scary but with the ramp I'm more relaxed.Gave a three for weight because the person that puts it in place says that it's not that lights that's not my words.I am very happy with it so far

Solid Safety Ramp for Set in Place Situations
VEVOR Portable Wheelchair Ramp 5FT, Non-Slip Aluminum Folding Ramp - This is a solid ramp for most disability use. It does fold in half and can be moved to a different location. It is bulky and heavy. So I wouldn't recommend this for repeated daily usage. This is a ramp you would place down to use to assist getting into your home or into the yard, etc. The nonslip surface provides some ease in mind for safety. Be sure to check measurements for use in your location and mobility device. This ramp has gone up in price and now seems a tad overpriced from when I got mine.

Practical and Reliable: A Review of the VEVOR Wheelchair Ramp
I picked this up to make life easier for my mom, who’s recently started using a wheelchair. The VEVOR 5FT ramp seems pretty decent at first glance. It’s made from aluminum, making it lightweight yet sturdy enough for regular use. Folding it is straightforward, and it fits nicely in the car's trunk. The surface texture really does prevent slipping, even in damp conditions, which is a big plus for safety. I’ve used it over various thresholds and for a couple of small steps around the house, and it handles these with no trouble. It’s also stable enough for the wheelchair without wobbling, which was a concern of mine before buying. My only gripe is the setup. While it's marketed as easy to handle, it takes some muscle to set it up properly, especially when trying to align it just right. It’s a practical solution for anyone needing a basic, no-frills ramp. While not the fanciest option, it does the job, providing accessibility where it’s most needed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward solution to mobility barriers.

This ramp is excellent
We live in a house built around the turn of the century, around 1908, not exactly accessible. The ramp is designed to be carried about and used where needed, but we attached it to the indoor threshold and ran it out into the porch. Since I am wheelchair bound, before having it installed, it would be a jerky attempt to get out ofnthe house tomthe outside ramp. Now I can go in and out, retrieve mail and packages, turn around and come back in with little difficulty. I especially like the side rails on the bottom of the ramp which keep my power chair from driving off the edges of the ramp, which I have done on the city bus (had to be rescued by the fire department).

Safety Concerns
Barely wide enough for a wheelchair, causes Safety Concerns, because the ramp has NO room for error.

Perfect for our needs
We opted for the 5 foot and it’s perfect for aiding in getting a wheelchair up & down 3 steps we have in our entryway leading up to the rest of the house. This is sturdy and folds in half for storage with a locking pin to keep it secure and handle for carrying. The raised sides and sandpaper type grip helps a ton while using. It also has a thin but sturdy metal lip to make it a smoother transition at the top and aids in keeping it in place. You can’t go wrong with this ramp. It’s worked perfectly. Recommend!

Very sturdy
I'm actually quite impressed with this ramp. I've been using it over the thresholds at my house inside the garage, the front door and back doors when I'm wheeling out heavy items on dollies or wagons. I have used it successfully on thresholds up to 5 and 1/2 in tall and it feels very sturdy. I have placed at least 250 lb on it at a time.
