Great product and price, only problem the head is to big and cannot get into a tight place ie. in a wall cavity trying to fix leaking pipes. I have the shark bite system in my house don't get them they leak after 10 years, then you have to replace with crimps a lot of the fittings are inaccessible so makes it hard with a large crimper. The collets fall out fiddley to use there must be a simpler way to make this tool. For a new build great product as you are building as you go so you can get to the pipes.

The tools work perfectly, the problem is with the shipping company, the parcels are supposed to be tracked, but they’re not, they are late and you have no idea where they are. They, the couriers have the worse review numbers I have ever seem for online shopping. Nothing wrong with Vevor, the service and tools are good, I want to order more from them, but I am worried about the shipping company.
