Superior slicing product.
Owned for about a month now, this slicer is a great addition to our kitchen. It's actually a good professional deli slicer. Probably overkill if you do not slice much, but we use it quite regularly. Roast beef, pork, chicken, you name it, slices with ease. No disappointment here. AAA+++

quality, worth the money
it is pricy. but with this price, it comes with the quality, precision. I highly recommend this item. I use it to cut pastrami, very very thin. it did a perfect job.

I always had a dream to own a slicer of this quality
This Christmas I decided to make my dream come true and bought this slicer. I use my sous vide to make make the meat and this slicer to slice it, it is like having a professional deli in my home. I am amazed at the quality and ease to now make great tasting sandwiches and other sliced foods for my family.

Turn it on... place the food in the tray and move it back and forth...and you get perfectly sliced food.

Solid slicer, works perfectly!
I tried a couple of cheaper alternatives but ultimately decided to purchase this slicer. You get what you pay! I primarily bought it to thin-slice cured hard meats (e.g., basturma) and it works just fine.

Great for Shabu Shabu
I bought this to cut frozen beef for Shabu Shabu, and it does a great job. I can cut frozen beef incredibly thin for quick cook in the broth.
