this is very sturdy and works as it should. So far I have not needed weights to hold it down for my 70lb bag for punching. Kicks would recommend.

The setup is solid and does what it is supposed to do. It does not move with regular speedbag work and medium strength kicks to the heavy bag. Yes, if you want to, you can hit it hard enough to move it, but it really isn't a factor. Sands bags to weigh it down also are not needed in my opinion. It's fine for our family.

Prefect for intended purpose of hanging a punching bag and having a pull up bar. Punching bag should be removed before using pull up bar. Loops on base work great for attaching bungee cords to bag.
