I think this is a quality product for the price and a must have for a home boxing setup. Pretty much exactly as advertised and works well.

My son requested a punching bag for Christmas but I did not want it hanging from the ceiling. Saw this stand and gave it a try. It is durable and my son is happy to have a punching bag in his room. The pull up bar is a plus and he likes that as well. You have to remove the bag though. The instructions were very small but once we got started it was put together without too much difficulty. It is a little wobbly so definitely use weights to hold it down. It's a practical piece of equipment.

The over all quality is good but must say the bag of fasteners is like dumping out your junk drawer trying to find a pair of items. Instructions are tiny and it’s great you give descriptions of the fasteners and labels on the directions however it would be great if the fasteners were labeled to match the directions.

Have used it for over a year. Easy to assemble with no issues afterwards. Gets used weekly. Yes you can't use full force unless you have it weighted down with sandbags or have another person holding bag but that's more to do with physics. This does what it's suppose to do.

Strong and durable.

I love this item, very sturdy and holds my 100lb bag, and speed bag on the back. Weigh it down with a 50 pound plate, it will not move. Great workout
