Converted a small bedroom to a workout room when one of the kiddos left for college. Not much space to get equipment in, so every bit matters. This stand adjusts extremely well by height and depth to accommodate different size bags and rooms. In the pic, you can see my 100lb UFC bag fit into a corner space I never thought it would!The packaging could use work, as it arrived with the straps cut through the box and screws strewn throughout. Building instructions also a single diagram with arrows to where screws go, and the tools are basic and could use work. Despite that, it's partially pre-assembled and it's clear where the pieces go even without instructions and having a real adjustable wrench and screw driver are my preference anyway.Overall, I'm very happy with the stand and hope it holds up for a long time!

This is a great product. I put it together within 30 minutes by myself. It's really nice that it comes half assembled so all you have to do is tighten down a couple screws. I haven't received my punching bag yet so I can't comment on how it is with a punching bag hanging from it but it feels really sturdy. I'll give an update when I receive my bag and put the stand to use. It also comes with attachments that will hold weight plates to keep the stand from moving around; I didn't install them because I'm just going to put sand bags on the legs of the stand. The pull up bar is also very sturdy and it's nice that this stand is height adjustable. Overall this is a great alternative to the more expensive punching bag stands out there.

Very sturdy and fits perfectly in the corner of the room. Put 20lbs weights on each leg (I have a 50lbs bag) and they hold it down just fine.

I had to pay the extra $30 to force next day shipment by UPS instead of USPS (who had damaged a previous order), but it arrived in good shape and was easy to put together despite the instructions being unreadable. We’ve been using now for a couple of days and are happy.

Easy to assemble took me 40min. Everything was on it as it should be very satisfied

The frame itself is pretty well made. Unfortunately if you purchase a 100lb “banana Muay Thai bag” it will touch the floor even at its highest setting. I had to tie a knot on the bag hanger straps and modify the frame to increase the height. For normal punching bags that are shorter it might work out without modifying.I also added some wheels to move around when I’m not using it.

Purchased this stand 7 months ago and have zero complaints. My husband and I have been using it on a regular basis. We have a 100lb bag on it and add 2 45lb plates on the base and its good to go. The assembly was easy as well. Great purchase!!!!

This stand came horribly packaged. The box it came in had literally broken in two, it was cut through by one of the packing straps. The stand was a little dinged up but not bad. The stand really wasn't very difficult to put together. The instructions are a single small sheet of paper, that I could not read most of without a magnifying glass. Assembly was pretty straight forward though and instructions weren't really needed.We've hung an 80 lbs heavy bag on the stand and so far it's working nicely. We have a small home gym and this fits nicely in the corner.
