There was a parts list but no instructions. Had to take apart couple of times to install parts in correct order. J hook was missing but seller refunded part of cost to buy it myself from hardware store. Once put together it’s very sturdy. I have 100 lb bag on it and it’s no problem whatsoever.

We are going to have to buy sandbags to weigh it down, and the instructions are little more than a diagram with VERY tiny print. We're talking 'I took a photo of the diagram so I could magnify the image on my phone and figure out what I'm looking at' tiny.Those are my complaints.THAT said, I got it as a Christmas gift for my fiancé, and he loves having it. It's easy to fold up, and (dis)assemble, once you know what you're doing. The adjustable height is ideal for our low ceiling, and it holds the bag well. I'm not sure what weight bag it is, and I'm not sure how to tell, so not much help on the "how much weight does it hold" front. Sorry.All in all, it was worth the purchase. Just make sure you have counter weights, cuz it does not stand up well once he gets going..

I bought this stand to replace my old Everlast stand that I bought back in 2015 (along with the 100 pound heavy bag). I feel the welds and construction of this stand are far superior to the Everlast one; now the bag from Everlast is incredibly tough though! Besides being a good design and strong, it was extremely easy to set up. While it does come with a couple wrenches, it helps if you have your own socket drivers to put in the bolts and screws. I think it took me about 15-20 minutes to set up; though I am a very good with my hands and have assembled many things over the years. So if you are a novice, it still should be very easy to set up. So the one page with super small print was awful. Luckily it's easy to assemble if you've ever put other things together.It holds my Muay Thai bag, which is 100 lbs just fine. The adjustable arm is amazing, making it so much easier to move around. Corner area has a small space foot print as well

The product works great for home use.

It works perfectly for low ceilings. You do need weights on them.

This holds my 100lbs heavy bag and my double-end bag pretty well. It swivels with heavy strikes, so you need to anchor it. I did with sandbags. Assembling it was straightforward, but the tools that come with it are fragile. You need your own tools to assemble this properly. Overall, I love this rack.
