Gets the job done for what I wanted. Will need 100-150 lbs. of weights just for safety.

Prefect for intended purpose of hanging a punching bag and having a pull up bar. Punching bag should be removed before using pull up bar. Loops on base work great for attaching bungee cords to bag.

Sturdy. We put 100lbs of free weights on the pegs to hold it down and it’s working great.

My son loves it.. It is a pretty strong product..It can withstand a lot of punching and kicking without falling apart.

The rack works Very Well! I put in a corner of a room. Easy to use without being in the way.

Product is good quality metal, welds look good, easy to assemble with no directions. Holding my 100lb bag with me (155lb) doing pull-ups seemed very stable although I would recommend taking the bag down ; )Minor issues with shipping causing marring. One broken plastic tube cap(no big deal).

I love working out and this pull up bar/heavy bag combo does it. I knock out pull ups every day and there’s no issues. The only thing is it didn’t come with instructions to put it together but that’s not a huge deal.
