We bought this to slice pork skin to make pork crackers. Does the job perfectly. Only gripe was we spent about 1-2hours trying to get rid of the machine grease/oil and smell from the blades. Other than that highly recommended, and buying direct from Vevor gave the best price, even compared to ebay and other online sites,and of you get the guarantee and piece of mind. Have yet to try meat to make jerky, but I'm sure it will work just fine considering easily it slices thru pork skin. It has a motor to turn the blades so of course there's going to be noises, but not as loud as a blender noise. Easy one button operation, off and on, after using it it is fairly easy to clean, just run the machine, have a small container to catch the water and use a jug to pour water over the blades to clean. Overall really happy with purchase. A pity that I had to order different size blades online from other countries.

We bought this machine last December because of restaurant busy season. It works great and help us save a lot of time. Before we need two person and 3 hours to finish the meat slice work. Right now, it only takes about 20 minutes with this machine. During this pandemic, this machine help me save a lots of labor cost.

The Meat Cutter works great, I use it to cut full sized strap in turkey tenderloins. It makes fast, easy work of them.
