We had the unit for just 4 months before it started randomly shutting off on us while sealing and it wouldn't work and then would randomly start working again and now has completely quit working. Dealing with just getting a return and new unit sent to us was ridiculous. All we wanted was the same unit again and Vevor had to try and barter on a credit to our account, pictures and videos of it not working and trying to find parts for the unit. I like the product, when it works, all I wanted was a replacement.
