Shipping Fees

All the products are free shipped; but some remote areas may require extra fees.

Delivery Times

Note: Shipping time is influenced by the COVID-19, the delivery time will put off 3 days! Thanks for your understanding!

After the customer places an order, the order processing time takes 1 to 2 days. So please make sure of entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out.

We adopt the TOLL, Australia Post, Fastway, Direct Freight Express , Parcel freight logistics to ship your orders from the warehouse in Sydney. Delivery generally takes 2 to 6 days. For remote areas the delivery time will take two more days.

About Modification

Once your payment is completed, please inform us by phone or E-mail. And make any modifications before we dispatch your package. The customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by address alteration if contact is made after the item has been dispatched.


Return Policy

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best online shopping experience, making them 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy return process.


This return policy is only applicable to products with a 1-year warranty from our official site but does not pertain in other websites that sell Vevor products.

Returning an Item:

1.Arrived damaged

We provide a free return of the product damaged on the way except artificial damage. When your product is broken, you need to send us the photos of broken product.

2.Missing part

If product parts are missing, we can send you the replacements or partially refund you your money.

3.Wrong item sent

If the product you received is not the one you bought, you could send the product photos to us and we will provide right one for you after verification.

4.Doesn't work or defective

When you received a product that does not work, you can contact our customer service team and we will provide corresponding technical support; if it does still not work, you can ask for a return. When the product is defective, you can ask our customer service to give you technical support or solution, if you repair it by yourself or in local store, we will provide you with some compensation; If you can't repair it by yourself or the local technique person, we will offer you a new item.

Unacceptable Reasons for Free Return:

1.Arrived too late

  •  We apologize for your long waiting. Due to most of our products belonging to heavy ones, the time for packaging is longer than that of the light ones.
  •  If you receive it too late for stock-out, we can make some compensation for you, such as coupon code or partial refund.


2.Don't want it

If you have already received the item but changed your mind and no longer want it, you cannot return the item and get a refund. Following situations are also unacceptable: mistaken ordering, changing mind, or price change.

3.Doesn't match the description

If you received the item not the same as the description or image, please give us feedback. Based on the specific reason, we will decide the return freight.

4.Doesn't seem authentic/new

As a premium brand operating for 5 years, our products are all new and genuine, and you can also search for them on other platforms.

5.Without manual or non-standard manual

When you received the package without the manual, please contact our customer service team immediately by email. The electronic version of instructions or video of installation will be sent as soon as possible to your electronic mailbox.

6.Doesn't fit

If the size you received does not fit because of our fault, you can immediately contact us to get a suitable solution.

Unacceptable Reasons for Return:

  • Item was polluted accidentally.
  • Item was damaged by mistake when being used.


How to return the product?

Contact our customer service staff by email when you ask for a return, we will send you a return label in electronic version that you need to print and stick on the parcel. You can raise a pickup time or you could wait 1-2 days and then we will arrange for it.

How about after returning items?

  1. We will send you a new item after receiving your parcel.
  2. If you want to get a refund after the product has arrived at our warehouse, you need to contact us.
